CANCELLATION POLICY

*Deposit Policy* A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. • If you cancel or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited. • If you wish to reschedule, a new deposit will be required. This policy ensures fairness and accountability for both parties. Thank you for your understanding! *Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy* If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your nonrefundable deposit will be forfeited. A new nonrefundable deposit is required to book a future appointment. Please book only if you are certain you can make your appointment, as deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service to the card on file. Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the service to the card on file ! naillbell reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied toward a new appointment, whichever you prefer. *Late Policy* A 10 minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, a $10 late fee will be added to your total, as this impacts other scheduled appointments. I completely understand that things happen, but this policy helps keep everything fair and on time for all clients. *Soak-Off Policy* If you arrive with nails on and did not book a soak-off service, I may have to turn you away due to limited appointment time. While I may occasionally be able to accommodate, this is not guaranteed. Please be mindful and book the appropriate services in advance to ensure your appointment can be completed. *No Refunds* I strive to provide the best service possible, but please note that there are no refunds. Deposits are also non-refundable. Let’s respect each other's time. *Allergies & Reactions* Please notify me of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. I use professional-grade products to ensure your comfort and safety. *Liability* naillbell is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during or after your appointment. By booking with us, you agree to release us from any liability for such instances. *Payment* We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Payments are due at the time of service. Card payments made using the GlossGenius app/web or tap/insert mode will be charged a 3.5% by the app!! Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion (Cash or Zelle is accepted). *By booking an appointment with naillbell, clients acknowledge and agree to the following salon policy* Once your appointment is completed and you leave the salon, all services are considered accepted and approved. Clients are encouraged to carefully check their nails before leaving to ensure they are satisfied with the shape, length, design, color, and overall service provided. Any concerns, adjustments, or corrections must be addressed during the appointment or within 3 days of the service. After 3 days, naillbell is no longer responsible for any lifting, breaking, cracking, chipping, loss of stones or charms, discoloration, or any damage that may occur due to daily wear, accidents, improper aftercare, heavy-handed use, or outside products/services. Nail retention and durability vary depending on lifestyle, nail care, and maintenance after the appointment. Additionally, once a client leaves the appointment, naillbell is not responsible for changes in personal preference or dislikes regarding the chosen design, color, shape, or style that were approved during the service. Any changes requested after the appointment may require booking a new appointment and additional charges may apply. Proper nail aftercare is the client’s responsibility and is important for maintaining the quality and longevity of the nails.
